Family Helper

Session type: Individual sessions

The Family Helper acts as a liaison and communication bridge between the various services provided by WITH YOU MAMA. They ensure that beneficiaries have unhindered access to all services offered by WITH YOU MAMA and receive the best possible support and care at every stage of pregnancy and motherhood.

In addition, the Family Helper provides counselling services with a focus on recognizing the beneficiaries’ strengths and potential. They help create a supportive environment where women feel safe to express and discuss their concerns and thoughts — whether related to their family life or other aspects of their lives.

Based on the personal history shared by each beneficiary, the Family Helper is responsible for developing an individualized support plan and, when needed and desired, for referring beneficiaries to the appropriate state social services and relevant agencies.
